EthnoGRAPHIC explorations
Visual fragments from my two Master's theses researching (1) Lithuanian LGBT+ activist organisations and their relationships with international financial aid and (2) the material practices of the art publishing world. Academic research is an inherently visual process, and ways of showing and working through information visually emerged throughout. This vision board captures one such trace, showing how the work took shapes beyond the purely written text. The writing process always leaves images behind, and this is an attempt to document them.
